This is our new parrot! A friend from Visalia gave her to us, otherwise there's no way we could have gotten
one! Her name was already Donna when we got her, but we nicknamed her Farley. She's 30 years old and has never been handled, so she gets kind of grumpy when we try to hold her (and after several tries and many sore fingers, we've learned she bites pretty hard!). She's already doing a lot better tho. She talked before we got her, but she hasn't said much since we moved her down to San Diego (probably because the stress). It's pretty funny to watch Franklin try to get her to play, he tries to tease her and get her to follow him, but she never seems to go for it haha. Franklin got pretty mad one time tho- she bit Stan so Franklin barked at her haha! We decided we are definitely going to have a zoo!
